Modern Fighte OC-Digital Study

It's been a while since I last tackled something like this, I decided to create an original character and register step by step how it came to be. Not in the way of ideas or history behind it, but focusing more on improving my skills on digital painting, and by the end of it I am pretty happy with the result.

First Sketch:
Just to get the idea, and proportions (done quick).

Final sketch and shading:
In this final sketch the lines must be clean and the acessories and traits must all be decided. In this particular image the shading is already applied, to do so,imagine a source of light and how it would afect your object(slow).

Flat colors:
In this step the colors must be chosen and aplied without the influence of the shading (not in the case of this image because it's already applied. It's a good idea to choose from a color wheel.

Alt colors:
The same as before, but with it's hue changed to fit a darker ambient.

Tint:
It's really subtle in this stage you just want to give materials and other acessories a little more detail, a good idea is to zoom out and see if the differences are almost seemless,if yes, you are in the right path.

Lights 1:
Imagine a light source,in this case coming from the top right corner,is up to you if it's a warm or cold tone, just remember to ajust the intensity.

LIghts 2:
Adding a second point of light to make it more dinamic, this time a indirect light, wich can bounce im many different parts of your object, but remember that they came from the same source, so make sure to keep a sense of direction.
